Straight to the core!

When people weight train the muscles that are worked the most are the mirror muscles, you know the chest, biceps, triceps, and shoulders. The muscles that don't get as much work are the ones that need it the most! I am talking about your core the abs, obliques, hips, and back. This is where most everyday and sports activities draw most of the movements from. When swinging a golf club, baseball bat, or beating the dust off a rug, you use your core muscles. These muscle can be work using simple body weight movements no fancy equipment or long hours in the gym!! A little area in the front room and a little sweat later and you would be on your way to a better core! Try these 8 exercises 4 days a week: Crunches, oblique crunch, flutter kicks, back ext., superman, Moutain climbers, Body builders, and pushups. Preform these exercises 1 set of 12 the first week with little rest between 15-30 seconds. Week 2-3 Preform 1 set of 12 with no restand week 4 do 2 set of 12 resting 15-30 seconds on the 2nd set.
