It all about routine!!!


Routine it is what the world runs on well besides coffee!! You need to have a routine to get through the day! So why not have an exercise routine! Like the first thing I do in the morning when I get up is 15 jumping jacks, 10 jump ropes, 15 push ups and 30 crunches!! Just by adding those simple moves in the morning gets you started on the right foot!! It would take all of 2 minutes to do and can be done anytime you have 2 minutes to kill!! Do it 5 times through out the day and you boost your metabolism, cardio, strength, and energy in 10 minutes!! Or go big, set your alarm clock to get up an hour early and go for a 30 minute walk or run. Whatever you choose a routine will make it go smoother. So come on add exercise to your daily routine!!
