What are you doing?


What are you doing? You need to take control of your life!! You need to get up and exercise! Stop killing yourself, thirty minutes of exercise a day will start to save you from and early death. It's not an easy process to loss weight but with all the commercials out there today showing the quick fixes to weigh loss it seems that way. Those commercial are misleading yes some pills and foods health the precess but it takes exercise, food moderation and time!! First thing first clean out the fridge and pantry and buy fruits, vegetables, and whole foods!! Second pick up a cup of water, you should always have a glass, Thermos or jug of water. Third go for a walk with the kids, dog, neighbor, whoever just get up and move!! Finally find a support system that will keep you on track everyday!! So "what are you doing?" SAVING YOUR LIFE!!!
