Start with the basic!

If you are looking to start a weight training program, begin with the basic 3 lifts, the bench press, barbell squat, and dead lift. That's right the power lifters go to exercises give you a good base to start from, these 3 exercises will strengthen your upper body, lower body, and back. You will built the muscle that in turn will help you lose weight and give you the body you are looking for!! These 3 exercises though should only be used as a base because you also need to add other exercises that will strengthen the smaller muscle groups that will keep your body balanced!!!
