What do you mean you didn't have time to exercise?

I didn't exercise yesterday.  I have yet to exercise this morning.  I just can't find the time. I have 2 children that need a ride to school every morning. They play baseball and are on 2 different teams.  Which means practice every other night.  Now games are starting so here we go.  I have been studying to become a cancer exercise specialist.  I want to become efficient in TRX training and Crossfit training.  Not to mention still trying to get the business up and going strong, but I still want to see my wife at the end of the day.  Does this sound like your day?  I bet it does.  That is why most Americana's are overweight, very stressed, and very frustrated.  At the end of the day we have to figure out how to fit exercise into our schedules.  Just 30 minutes a day will get you on the right track.  We need to keep track of what we eat (www.lostit.com), 1200 calories for women wanting to lose weight and 1400 for men.  Exercise can also recharge your batteries and de-stress your life.  Some time we have to leave the office or job at the front door of the home!  This is hard to do but try it once in awhile and you will feel the pressure lift off your shoulders.  Sorry can't help you with the busy schedule of your children but their your children just try and enjoy their activities.  Active children are a good thing.  Just remember there are days that you can't find to exercise but most days you are sitting on the couch watching TV for 3-4 hours before you go to bed.  Get up and exercise whether it is an exercise video or just some body weight exercises do something.  Push ups, dips, pull up, Squat, lunges, jumping jacks, jumping rope, shadow boxing all can be done in the comfort of your home.  No need to drive to the gym to get in a workout. We all have trouble finding the time, energy, and will power to exersice but its there you just have to look for it.
