Positive thinking and exercise

With all the information about fitness and nutrition on TV and in the news.  There are still hundreds of thousands of Americans that are still in need of exercise.  People that still think by sitting back taking a health supplement or drinking a smoothie a day that they will some how become healthy, or fit. I am here to tell you their is no miracle pill, no easy way out. If you want to control your weight, regain your health, it takes commitment, healthy eating, exercise and positive thinking.
Regular exercise can help protect you from heart disease and stroke, high blood pressure, noninsulin-dependent diabetes, obesity, back pain, osteoporosis, and can improve your mood and help you to better manage stress. Exercising as little as 15 minutes 2 times a day 3 times a week will get the body moving and the blood pumping. With this exercise formula you will see benefits in your health by adding a healthy diet, drinking water, and positive thinking will increase your results.

A regular healthy diet gives the body the vitamins, enzymes, minerals, and good fats. A good fat is omega 3's which helps our body with inflammation, the heart, and brain. These fats are found in fish, sunflower seeds, eggs, and almonds.  A good diet also gives the body the energy, and stamina it needs to preform the task to make it through the day. Healthy foods are found on the perimeter of the grocery store. Your diet needs to consist of fresh perishable foods the longer the shelf life the worse the food is for you to eat.

If we put our minds to something our bodies will follow in line. If you do not have positive thinking you will never get started on the right path. So right your goals down, post them somewhere you will see them everyday, and start a path to beating those goals start small and keep moving. 
In conclusion stop wasting money on diet pills, and quick fixes, and get to work. Healthy foods and more water will give you the energy you need to start your new life.
